Our company policies and procedure provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives, with a commitment to comply with agreed requirements and continually improves the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

General Requirements

• ESTA have taken steps to establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008.
• To do this it has been necessary to:
• Identify the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organisation.
• Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes.
• Establish through written procedures, and other guidelines how the processes are to be considered, planned, implemented and reviewed effectively.
• Recruited, trained, equipped and provided support services to staff who can carry out the operation and monitoring of these processes.
• Monitor, measure and analyse these processes, through planning, programming, tracking and review.
• Do what is necessary to achieve planned results and then review achievements and methods in order to identify and implement ongoing improvements to the processes.

Part of our Quality Assurance System is taken part and completed the training and practical assessment programme which is provided for electrical personnel who undertake the physical installation and assembly of new ‘Ex modules 01-06’ equipment and, who perform preventive maintenance and inspections on previously installed equipment., both in Electrical and Dust Installation.
